Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the HoopStars website and related digital services operated by Community Sports Partners and its portfolio brands.

By accessing this website, browsing programs, creating an account, submitting registration information, or registering a child for a program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for a program.

1. About HoopStars

HoopStars is a youth basketball program and portfolio brand of Community Sports Partners. HoopStars offers basketball training, Game Day programs, camps, and related youth sports experiences at selected locations.

2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Program registration for children must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. By registering a child, you confirm that you have the authority to provide the child’s information, make registration decisions, and accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details are accurate, including the child’s name, date of birth, contact information, emergency details, and selected program.

3. Program Availability

Program schedules, locations, coaches, age groups, pricing, and availability may change. HoopStars may update, cancel, reschedule, combine, or relocate programs when necessary due to enrollment, facility availability, staffing, weather, safety, or operational needs.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered families.

4. Registration and Payment

Registration may require payment of a deposit, registration fee, uniform fee, or full program fee. Payment terms will be shown during the registration process or communicated by HoopStars.

A registration is not guaranteed until the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms may vary by program. Unless otherwise stated during registration, families may be eligible for a refund within the stated refund period communicated by HoopStars.

Program fees, deposits, uniform fees, administrative fees, or other charges may be non-refundable where clearly stated.

HoopStars reserves the right to update refund and cancellation policies for future programs.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants and families are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other players, families, facility partners, and the community.

HoopStars may remove a participant from a program if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of the program. Refunds in these situations are not guaranteed.

7. Health, Safety, and Participation

Basketball and youth sports activities involve physical movement and inherent risk. By registering a child, you acknowledge that participation may involve risks including falls, collisions, physical contact, illness, or injury.

You confirm that the child is physically able to participate and that you will inform HoopStars of any relevant medical, allergy, accessibility, or safety considerations before participation.

In case of emergency, HoopStars staff may take reasonable steps to protect the participant’s health and safety, including contacting emergency services when necessary.

8. Facilities and Third-Party Locations

HoopStars programs may operate at schools, gyms, community spaces, or third-party facilities. Families and participants must follow all facility rules, safety requirements, entry procedures, and posted guidelines.

HoopStars is not responsible for facility closures, access restrictions, or third-party operational issues outside its reasonable control.
