Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applies to all subscription programs and camps — HoopStars

Last updated: March 2026

We want every family to feel confident joining HoopStars. This page explains what to expect if you ever need to cancel, and how refunds work across our programs and camps.

1. Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If after your child’s first class you feel the program isn’t the right fit, just let us know within 7 days — we’ll cancel the subscription and issue a full refund of both the program fee and the $30.00 registration fee. No questions asked.

When you do cancel within this window, we’d love to hear your feedback — it helps us improve for every family that comes after you.

After the 7-day window has passed, the standard cancellation policy below applies.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

Life happens — and we make it straightforward to cancel. All we ask for is 4 weeks’ written notice — by email or through your online portal.

Your child’s subscription will continue through that 4-week period, and then it ends automatically.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Any charges from the current billing period are not refundable.
  • The $30.00 registration fee is non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee window.
  • Please submit cancellation requests in writing — by email or through your portal.

3. Cancelling a Camp Registration

Plans change — we get it. Here’s how camp refunds work depending on how much notice we receive before the camp start date.
